When the owners of this land decided to develop their cherished ranch into something new, they wanted to share its spirit of love and tradition. And in doing so, they gave the project a playful codename, “Animal Pancakes,” inspired by the legendary breakfasts their grandparents served on this ranch property. Today, that same joy and togetherness lives on in Tallgrass, inviting all who arrive to be part of its story.
